Amendments to the Main Board Listing Rules

 
We have published an Information Paper outlining the following:
 
consequential amendments to the Main Board Listing Rules to facilitate the implementation of FINI and its operations (“Consequential Amendments”). FINI (Fast Interface for New Issuance) is a new platform developed with the objective of shortening Hong Kong’s “T+5” IPO settlement cycle and streamlining the IPO settlement process; and
housekeeping amendments to the Main Board Listing Rules (“Housekeeping Amendments”).
   
 
Coming into effect
 

The amendments will take effect on the FINI launch date which will be announced in due course.
