Amendments to the GEM Listing Rules

 
We have published an Information Paper outlining the following:
 
amendments to the GEM Listing Rules to facilitate the implementation of FINI and its operations (“Consequential Amendments”). FINI (Fast Interface for New Issuance) is a new platform developed with the objective of shortening Hong Kong’s “T+5” IPO settlement cycle and streamlining the IPO settlement process; and
housekeeping amendments to the GEM Listing Rules (“Housekeeping Amendments”).
   
 
Coming into effect
 

The amendments will take effect on the FINI launch date which will be announced in due course.
