Frank Wu joined ICBC International in 2015, and is currently Executive Director of the Global Debt Capital Markets Department, overseeing the Department’s transaction execution business.
Mr. Wu has extensive experience in the DCM field. During his tenure at ICBC International, he has completed numerous bond issues and financing projects, many of which received awards from reputable financial media. Prior to joining ICBC International, Mr Wu held various positions at HSBC and few other international banks.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts, and holds an MBA degree from Bentley University.
