IP Internet Registration Guide

• Go to https://ip.ccass.com/ by using the Microsoft Edge Browser
• Click on “New user registration”

• Click on “I agree” if you agree to the “CCASS Internet System Terms of Use”

• Please select Account Type:

          - If you are Individual / Joint IP, please select "Individual/Joint IP" for registration

          - If you are Corporate, please select "Corporate IP" for registration

• Input CCASS 8 digits Phone User ID for the account(s) to be access through internet.
• Input first 4 characters and/or digit of Resident ID number (e.g AC123456, please input AC12)                                                                                                                                                  *For Corporate account, please input CI number
• Create your preferred Internet User ID and Password
• Input the Verification Code shown
• Click Submit 

Create your preferred User ID and Password with following:  

• User ID: Length in 8 comprising characters (A-Z;a-z) and /or digits (0-9)

• Password: Length in 8-15 in combination characters (A-Z;a-z) and digits (0-9)

• Cross check the inputted information 

           - For Individual account, please check Resident ID

           - For Corporate account, please check CI number

• Key in the CCASS phone password and click “Confirm” if those are correct. 

• You have successfully registered the internet account and Click Continue to logon

           * For Corporate Account, Resident ID will be showing CI number instead

• In person: Request retrieval assistance from Customer Service Centre : 1/F, One & Two Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong  

Complete and submit the Request Form for Resetting a Password for Investor Participant – IP Form 5 by either: -

• Mail: Operations Support & Security Administration (OSSA), 30/F, One Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong or
• In person: Customer Service Centre, 1/F, One & Two Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong
