Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has released three sets of listed issuer corporate document archives for year 2008 on digital video disks (DVD) for public subscription.
The new issues have been released to meet the needs of the market participants and the public for an off-line archive of the corporate documents. With the built-in simple search facility provided in each disk, documents can be searched by stock code, issuer name and/or headline category.

GEM Listed Companies’ Corporate Documents 2008 (Excluding Quarterly and Annual Reports) contains electronic copies of corporate documents and announcements (both English and Chinese versions) published in 2008 by companies listed on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM). The scope of the contents is the same as that of Main Board Listed Companies' Corporate Documents 2008 (Excluding Interim and Annual Reports) described above. |
Two more DVD sets, Main Board Listed Companies’ Annual Reports/Interim Reports 2008 and GEM Listed Companies’ Annual Reports/Quarterly Reports 2008 will be released later in the year.
