- Mr. Yang Bin ( "Mr. Yang"), the Chairman of the Company, was missing;
- Mr. Yang was involved in illegal land use, tax evasion and insider dealing;
- Mr. Yang's private business had certain undisclosed connected transactions with the listed group.
