We hosted the HKEX ESG Academy seminar – Harnessing the Power of Corporate Governance on Thursday, 31 October 2024, where industry experts shared their views on the Exchange’s proposed enhancements to the Corporate Governance Code, latest developments in boardroom practices and their experience in improving board diversity and independence.
