Amendments to the Main Board Listing Rules


We have amended the Main Board Listing Rules to implement the proposals of our “Consultation Conclusions on a Listing Regime for Specialist Technology Companies” published on 24 March 2023.

The amendments to the Main Board Listing Rules create a route to listing for Specialist Technology Companies.

Coming into effect

The amendments will take effect from 31 March 2023.
