Amendments to the Main Board Listing Rules

 
With effect on 1 January 2023, enhancements will be made to the existing cash market trading fee structure to 1) remove the trading tariff of $0.50 payable on each transaction; and 2) adjust the ad valorem fee on all trades from the current level of 0.005% to 0.00565%. Please refer to circular for details of the enhancements to the cash market trading fee structure.
 
In connection with the change in the ad valorem trading fee rate, we have amended the Main Board Listing Rules so that it would explicitly refer to the trading fee rate as set out in the Rules of the Exchange.
 
 
Coming into effect
 

The amendments will take effect on 1 January 2023.
