| We have published an Information Paper outlining the following: |

consequential amendments (the “Consequential Amendments”) to the Listing Rules on bookbuilding and placing activities in equity capital market transactions and sponsor coupling to complement the new provisions of the Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the Securities and Futures Commission; and
|
|
|
housekeeping amendments to the Listing Rules (the “Housekeeping Amendments”), including amendments to reflect the Main Board and GEM websites unification (the “Websites Unification Amendments”).

Coming into effect
|

|
The amendments will take effect from 5 August 2022, except for the Websites Unification Amendments, which are currently expected to be effective on 28 May 2022 subject to our further announcement.
