- the Board Chairman (as the chairman of the Corporate Responsibility Committee)
- the Chief Executive of HKEX
Major roles and functions
- To oversee and review the development of the Group's Corporate Responsibility (CR) management framework and policies
- To oversee the development and implementation of the Group's CR and initiatives
- To oversee the Group's external communications policies
Operating mode
Meet at least 3 times every year with additional meetings as the work demands
