Business Advancement

A 24-month rotation focused on enhancing strategies, exploring business opportunities, and driving innovation. Through immersive learning experiences and exposure to industry stakeholders, you will help shape the future of Hong Kong's financial markets. Rotations across Markets, Operations, Finance, Strategy and Investor Relations divisions. 

Regulatory Excellence

A 24-month rotation dedicated to mastering regulatory standards, ensuring compliance excellence, and contributing to the integrity of Hong Kong's financial ecosystem. Through immersive training and exposure to regulatory authorities, you will be at the forefront of upholding governance and regulatory best practices. Rotations across Listing, Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Audit divisions.

Technology Enablement

A 24-month development programme at the forefront of our mission critical operation and technology platform. You'll work across multiple operational and technology domains, including infrastructure, applications & system development, information security and hosting services. Together, we will facilitate market efficiency and operations, embracing new technologies to deliver a better market experience and explore strategic partnerships in Fintech and data markets. Rotations across Information Technology and Operations divisions.

Our Summer Internship programme

The HKEX Summer Internship programme offers interns a unique experience in global markets, with the opportunity to learn, develop new skills, take on direct responsibility for work and projects, and be part of a fun and ambitious team right at the heart of global markets. By joining us, you will gain insight into life at work at HKEX, while developing practical on-the-job experience. 

The programme kicks-off in June and continues into August. The maximum employment period for each intern is 10 weeks.
