of Gain Plus Holdings Limited has been changed to "Hong Kong
ZCloud Technology Construction Limited". Accordingly, the stock
short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 9900) will also
be changed to "ZCLOUD TECH CON" with effect from Monday, 26/05/2025.
