UNI PRINTSHOP<08448> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Universe Printshop Holdings Limited ("Universe Printshop"),
the share consolidation of 5 shares of HKD0.05 each ("Old
Shares") in Universe Printshop into 1 consolidated share of
HKD0.25 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 18/03/2025.
As from Tuesday, 18/03/2025, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the
New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 8448)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
