MANSION INTL<08456> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Mansion
International Holdings Limited ("Mansion International"), the share
consolidation of 8 shares of HKD0.2 each ("Old Shares") in Mansion
International into 1 consolidated share of HKD1.6 each ("New Shares")
will become effective on 07/03/2025.  As from Friday, 07/03/2025,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 8456) for trading in the Old Shares:-
