LINK HOLDINGS<08237> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Link
Holdings Limited ("Link Holdings"), the share consolidation
of 25 shares of HKD0.001 each ("Old Shares") in Link Holdings
into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.025 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 05/03/2025.  As from Wednesday, 05/03/2025,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 8237) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
