CHINA NEW HLDGS<08125> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of China New Holdings Limited ("China New Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 25/03/2025. As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in
the consolidated shares (stock code: 8591) of China New Holdings as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of China New Holdings will only be under the following
arrangements: -
