LAJIN ENT<08172> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Lajin
Entertainment Network Group Limited ("Lajin Entertainment Network"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares")
in Lajin Entertainment Network into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.10
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 29/05/2025.  As from
Thursday, 29/05/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 8172) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
