GAOYU FINANCE<08221> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Gaoyu Finance Group Limited ("Gaoyu Finance")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 27/05/2025. As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in
the consolidated shares (stock code: 8556) of Gaoyu Finance as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of Gaoyu Finance will only be under the following
arrangements: -
