BINGO GROUP<08220> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Bingo Group Holdings Limited ("Bingo Group")
will cease after the close of business on Friday, 21/03/2025.  As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board
lot of 10,000 shares (stock code: 8593) of Bingo Group will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Bingo Group will only be under
the following arrangements: -
