LINGBAO GOLD<03330> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Thursday, 06/03/2025, the board lots for trading
in the H shares (stock code: 3330) of Lingbao Gold Group Company
Ltd. ("Lingbao Gold") will be changed from 2,000 H shares to 1,000
H shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour
as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in
the H shares of Lingbao Gold will commence on Thursday,
06/03/2025 under the following particulars:
