UNI HEALTH<02211> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Universal Health
International Group Holding Limited ("Universal Health International"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of USD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in
Universal Health International into 1 consolidated share of USD0.1 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 30/05/2025.  As from Friday,
30/05/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 2211) for trading in the Old Shares:-
