SINOLINK HOLD<01168> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Sinolink
Worldwide Holdings Limited ("Sinolink Worldwide"), the share
consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in
Sinolink Worldwide into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.2 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 27/05/2025.  As from
Tuesday, 27/05/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares
to replace the original counter (stock code: 1168) for trading
in the Old Shares:-
