GOGOX<02246> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of GOGOX HOLDINGS LIMITED ("GOGOX") will cease
after the close of business on Monday, 02/06/2025. As from the close
of business on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated
shares (stock code: 2971) of GOGOX as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of GOGOX
will only be under the following arrangements: -
