FIRE ROCK<01909> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Fire Rock Holdings Limited ("Fire Rock Holdings"), the
share consolidation of 20 shares of one-twelfth Hong Kong
cent each ("Old Shares") in Fire Rock Holdings into
1 consolidated shares of 1.67 Hong Kong cents (rounded
to two decimals) each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 31/03/2025.  As from Monday, 31/03/2025, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 1909) for trading in the Old Shares:-
