CROWNICORP<00727> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Crown International Corporation Limited
("Crown International") will cease after the close of business on
Thursday, 08/05/2025.   As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2957) of Crown
International as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn
and trading in the shares of Crown International will only be under the
following arrangements: -
