CROWNICORP<00727> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Crown International Corporation Limited ("Crown International"),
the share consolidation of 20 shares ("Old Shares") in Crown International
into 1 consolidated share ("New Shares") will become effective on
28/03/2025.  As from Friday, 28/03/2025, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 727) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
