GRAPHEX GROUP<06128> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Graphex
Group Limited ("Graphex Group"), the share consolidation of 5 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Graphex Group into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.05 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
26/03/2025.  As from Wednesday, 26/03/2025, a temporary counter
under the following particulars will be established for trading in the
New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 6128) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
