RA SILK ROAD<00274> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Renaissance
Asia Silk Road Group Limited ("Renaissance Asia"), the share consolidation
of 10 shares of HKD0.05 each ("Old Shares") in Renaissance Asia into
1 consolidated share of HKD0.5 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 19/03/2025. As from Wednesday, 19/03/2025, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 274) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
