GBA HOLDINGS<00261> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by GBA Holdings
Limited ("GBA Holdings"), the share consolidation of 5 shares of
HKD0.04 each ("Old Shares") in GBA Holdings into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.20 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 19/03/2025.
As from Wednesday, 19/03/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 261) for trading in the Old Shares:-
