DEVGREAT<00755> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by DevGreat
Group Limited ("DevGreat"), the capital reorganisation which comprises
the share consolidation of 100 shares of HK$0.02 each ("Old Shares")
into 1 consolidated share of HK$2.00 each and the capital reduction
of nominal value of the consolidated shares from HK$2.00 each in
DevGreat to HK$0.02 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
11/03/2025.  As from Tuesday, 11/03/2025, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 755) for trading
in the Old Shares:-
