CSI PROPERTIES<00497> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
CSI Properties Limited ("CSI Properties"), the share
consolidation of 2 shares of HKD0.008 each ("Old Shares")
in CSI Properties into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.016
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 10/03/2025.
As from Monday, 10/03/2025, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in
the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code:
497) for trading in the Old Shares:-
