IDT INT'L<00167> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of IDT International Limited
("IDT International") will cease after the close of business
on Wednesday, 26/03/2025.   As from the close of business on
that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares
(stock code: 2944) of IDT International as represented by old
share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of IDT International will only be under the following
arrangements: -
