CHINA TOWER<00788> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the H shares of China Tower Corporation Limited ("China Tower")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 26/03/2025.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading
in the consolidated H shares (stock code: 2943) of China Tower as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the H shares of China Tower will only be under the following
arrangements: -
