MANY IDEA CLOUD<06696> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Many Idea Cloud Holdings Limited ("Many Idea Cloud")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 18/03/2025. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2940) of Many Idea Cloud as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Many Idea Cloud will only be under the following arrangements: -
