V&V TECH<08113> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
V & V Technology Holdings Limited ("V & V Technology"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.01 each
("Old Shares") in V & V Technology into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.1 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 22/05/2025.  As from Thursday, 22/05/2025, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 8113) for trading in the Old Shares:-
