FIH<02038> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by FIH Mobile
Limited ("FIH Mobile"), the share consolidation of 10 shares of
USD0.04 each ("Old Shares") in FIH Mobile into 1 consolidated share
of USD0.40 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 20/05/2025.
As from Tuesday, 20/05/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 2038) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
