GW TIANDI<01232> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Golden
Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited ("Golden Wheel Tiandi"),
the share consolidation of 10 shares of USD0.01 each ("Old Shares")
in Golden Wheel Tiandi into 1 consolidated share of USD0.10 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 20/05/2025.  As from
Tuesday, 20/05/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares
to replace the original counter (stock code: 1232) for trading
in the Old Shares:-
