PARENTING NET<01736> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
China Parenting Network Holdings Limited ("China Parenting"),
the share consolidation of 8 shares of HKD0.05 each ("Old Shares")
in China Parenting into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.4 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 13/05/2025.  As from
Tuesday, 13/05/2025, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 1736) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
