CMRU<01636> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of China Metal Resources Utilization
Limited ("China Metal Resources") will cease after the close of
business on Monday, 19/05/2025.   As from the close of business
on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares
(stock code: 2966) of China Metal Resources as represented by
old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the
shares of China Metal Resources will only be under the following
arrangements: -
