WELLCELL HOLD<02477> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of WellCell Holdings Co., Limited ("WellCell Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Friday, 09/05/2025. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
subdivided shares (stock code: 2961) of WellCell Holdings as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of WellCell Holdings will only be under the following arrangements: -
