Applicable to Market Data Vendor Licence Agreement (Single Licence) 

Notes:

1. An application is deemed to have been formally lodged with HKEX when the applicant formally submitted a Form A3.  A letter of acknowledgement (“Letter A3”) of the submission of Form A3 will be issued.  Applicant has to provide all information required under Form A3, normally within a period of 1 month from the date of Letter A3.  HKEX-IS may grant an extension of no longer than 1 months on the merit of individual cases at the request of the applicants.  Otherwise, the application will be considered withdrawn.  The submission of the same application or similar application within 3 months from the date of withdrawal will be subject to application fee of HK$1,000.

2. After the Form A3 is considered duly completed, the application will be presented to the management for approval within 1 week.  Updated Schedule 4 - Memorandum of Permitted Purpose (MOPP) of the Market Data Vendor Licence Agreement will be issued to the IV when the application is approved, normally within 2 weeks after the completion of the Form A3.
