Subscribe to the HKEX Calendar

Calendar subscriptions let you stay up to date on HKEX’s activities and trading operations right on your device.  The HKEX calendar currently provides Hong Kong and Mainland China public holidays, Stock Connect trading information, Futures and Options trading operations, IPO dates as well as seminars and events held by HKEX.

To subscribe to our iCal service in your calendar application, please view the instructions below. Once subscribed, your applications will automatically update with our latest calendar information.

Microsoft Outlook

1. Open your Outlook Application
2. Go to Calendar view (Ctrl+2)
3. Click the “Home” tab on the top ribbon
4. Click “Open Calendar”
5. Select “From Internet”
6. Enter this URL: http://www.hkex.com.hk/News/HKEX-Calendar/Subscribe-Calendar?sc_lang=en
7. Click “OK”.

iOS

1. Tap the “Setting” app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap on “Calendars”
3. Tap on “Accounts”
4. Tap on “Add Accounts”
5. Choose “Other”
6. Tap on “Add Subscribed Calendar”
7. Enter or copy this URL in the server location: http://www.hkex.com.hk/News/HKEX-Calendar/Subscribe-Calendar?sc_lang=en
8. Tap the “Next” button and your device will verify the feed URL and add it to your calendar
9. Tap “Save”.

Android

Android users can use Google Calendar to synchronise HKEX Calendar to their mobile devices as follows:

1. Login to Google Calendar http://google.com/calendar
2. On the left side, click “+”
3. Select “From URL”.
4. Enter this URL: http://www.hkex.com.hk/News/HKEX-Calendar/Subscribe-Calendar?sc_lang=en
5. Click “Add Calendar”
6. On your Android device, open the "Settings" app
7. Select the Google account used above to synchronise the newly added calendar
8. Tap “Done”.
