Amendments to the Main Board Listing Rules

| We have amended the Main Board Listing Rules to implement the proposals of the “Consultation Conclusions on Proposed Amendments to Listing Rules relating to Share Schemes of Listed Issuers and Housekeeping Rule Amendment” published on 29 July 2022. |

The amendments to the Main Board Listing Rules are to (a) extend Chapter 17 of the Main Board Listing Rules to govern both share option schemes and share award schemes and (b) amend specific requirements in such Chapter to enhance the regulations of share schemes.

Coming into effect

The amendments will come into effect on 1 January 2023.
