SHANYU GROUP<08245> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Shanyu Group
Holdings Company Limited ("Shanyu Group"), the share consolidation
of 5 shares of HKD0.0125 each ("Old Shares") in Shanyu Group into 1
consolidated share of HKD0.0625 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 24/06/2024.  As from Monday, 24/06/2024, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 8245) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
