CNC HOLDINGS<08356> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by CNC Holdings
Limited ("CNC Holdings"), the share consolidation of 100 shares of
HKD0.001 each ("Old Shares") in CNC Holdings into 1 consolidated share
of HKD0.10 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 19/06/2024.
As from Wednesday, 19/06/2024, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 8356) for trading in the Old Shares:-
