GOLDWAY EDU<08160> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
Goldway Education Group Limited ("Goldway Education"),
the share consolidation of 5 shares of HKD0.0001 each
("Old Shares") in Goldway Education into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.0005 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 19/06/2024.  As from Wednesday, 19/06/2024, a temporary counter
under the following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 8160)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
