CHONG FAI JEWEL<08537> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Chong Fai Jewellery Group Holdings Company Limited
("Chong Fai Jewellery") will cease after the close of business on
Wednesday, 03/07/2024. As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 8582) of Chong
Fai Jewellery as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn
and trading in the shares of Chong Fai Jewellery will only be under the
following arrangements: -
