JIADING INTL GP<08153> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Jiading International Group Holdings Limited ("Jiading
International Group") will cease after the close of business on Tuesday,
25/06/2024.   As from the close of business on that day, the counter
for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 8581) of Jiading
International Group as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Jiading International Group will
only be under the following arrangements: -
