IMPERIUM FIN GP<08029> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Imperium
Financial Group Limited ("Imperium Financial Group"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.04 each ("Old Shares") in
Imperium Financial Group into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.40 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 29/11/2024.  As from Friday,
29/11/2024, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the
original counter (stock code: 8029) for trading in the Old Shares:-
